Details

I can understand the rationale for making the Mozillians directory visible only to other Mozillians. But that's a showstopper for us to use it instead of having our own wiki page (bug 700825). Since Mozilla is open source, information about its contributors, including their email addresses and in most cases their real names, is public anyways. Maybe let mozillians decide which fields they're OK to expose publicly.
