701116 - Mobile desktop builds should be nightly-only

These are not fully supported builds, and will be less and less like our shipped product as we go to native UIs.

We still need nightlies for the moment to create mobile single l10n xpis on the main mozilla-central/aurora/beta? branches.

We also would need to switch the Fennec Mac desktop builds to 10.6 (before 10.5 builders have no colo) but that probably should be a bug of its own (or perhaps piggy back with this one :P).

We have a bug on that *somewhere* which had sign-off info from mobile devs
