Details
Need a backlot account reactivated for Ooyala so that I can monitor the feeds and analytics from the Knoxville Zoo for Firefox Live 2. I had a backlot account last year but it appears my account was deactivated. I get this message when trying to reset the password for my email williamr@mozilla.com: "This account has been removed. Please contact your administrator." Thanks!

You should have gotten an email invite. fyi we only have a couple of accounts left, so you might have to broker any access from your team.
