701783 - clean up maemo/scratchbox references in buildbotcustom

John Ford wants to keep these for a while as they may help with a linux project later.

If we end up not needing it, we should get rid of use_scratchbox, ScratchboxCommand, and RetryingScratchboxProperty.

as much as I like planning ahead, i'm also a big fan of cutting code till it bleeds :)

if it's not being used actively we should remove it as it represents a code path to be maintained that has zero use.

it's always available in the repo.

Looks like ScratchboxCommand became MockCommand, so this is all that's left for this bug.

A change from this bug landed on the default branches of either buildbot-configs or buildbotcustom.
Such change has been merged as of ~8:30 AM PDT into the production branches and the buildbot masters have been reconfigured.
