After my Aurora upgraded to 10.0a2, I noticed that the opt-in disappeared before I had a chance to click on it. After a little experimentation, I narrowed it down to having LastPass enabled. http://screencast.com/t/zhG0j8s9QhO

Lawrence turns out there are still ways for the opt-in dialog to get dismissed :(

Andrew: can you elaborate on what was causing the issue? I'm very curious.

We were calling notificationbox.removeAllNotifications() on login. I've changed the code to iterate through all notifications in the notificationbox, and only remove ours.
