701979 - adjust android sut_tools helper scripts for new talos directory structure

Seems that part of the landing of bug 692279 changes the talos directory was morphed into a python package and now all of the python scripts the sut_tools scripts are pointing to the wrong directory.

need to adjust tools/sut_tools/ and also scripts in tools/buildfarm/mobile/

Attachment: silly fix for issue until something cleaner happens, like mozharness

this fixes the foopies but not the bm-remotes

running this as a test on foopy16 and need to manually do this change on the others if this tests ok

r=me, but this doesn't solve things for existing talos-data's... are you planning on nuking and recreating, or are you going to do the linking manually?

(The former may result in burning.)
