Does not remember tabs from the last time. 

1. Open several tabs.
2. Quit the bowser via Menu>Quit.
3. Open the browser.
4. No tabs from the last time are shown under "Tabs from last time", it reads "No tabs from last time"

The browser should remember the tabs from the last time

I found this bug using the 20111114 birch build, in a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Android 3.1

Note: this bug is different from the bug about not restoring history, in this one the history is restored but not so the tabs.

Those buttons are non-functional and will probably be redone or replaced with a new native default home-screen.
