Firefox Beta Branded Facebook Page Welcome Tab Similar to bug 698913 (Firefox Aurora Welcome Tab) deadline: dec. 7th
Ty, would appreciate this added to the rest of rapid release related bugs. Please flag if it's an issue. I know you're working on a lot right now. Hopefully we can follow the Aurora template and knock this out relatively quickly.

same here. not rush request... but would like to wrap it in the next few of weeks with the branding project. thanks!
hi ty, let me know if you had a chance to review this yet and if you can please provide eta? thanks!
same as bug 702536, hoping to have it ready for early next week
Love the design Ty! Especially nice use of the arrow's tail. I assume there wouldn't be a registered mark (R) by the logo, correct? We usually don't use that for our own channels.
Hi Ty, This looks great. One comment is that we should probably use a different copy than the aurora welcome tab? Maybe, Like Us and Help make the next version of Firefox even more Awesome! matej, any recommendations? also, i know the rules is not to use the beta sash logo, but I also want to make sure that there is no confusion between the facebook.com/firefox page? other than that, this looks good! thanks ty!
I say we use the line from the Beta page here: Like us and be part of the next version of Firefox. Also, we should definitely not use the Beta sash as this isn't for mobile.
Is it possible to keep this under 7 words? Otherwise, 8+ words pushes the copy to three lines and becomes too wordy as a headline.
FWIW, I don't mind the line being the same as Aurora. We're still talking about the future of Firefox here. But if we want something short and unique, I'd say simply "Like Firefox Beta today."
Hi Matej, True that we are still talking about the future of firefox here. However, I would like to make the value prop for aurora and beta to be distinct and also consistent in all channels. I do like the: Like us and be part of the next version of Firefox. Thanks!
(In reply to Grace Jimenez :grace from comment #11) > > I do like the: Like us and be part of the next version of Firefox. So do I, but Ty is saying that's too long in layout. In that case, I say we use the short alternate line from comment 10.
