Steps to reproduce:
I'm try to install bugzilla using Oracle Database.
Actual results:
Checksetup fault with ORA_O1722 error. I think the razon is the DB Language, that's, the parameter NLS_NUMERIC_CHARACTERS in my BD.
Expected results:
It must to install without erro.

Could you attach the output of checksetup.pl in a plain text file, please, instead of a Word document?
