STR: 1. Open http://oaa-accessibility.org/example/33/ and focus the spin button widget. 2. Press up and down arrow. Expected: NVDA should read the new value. Ins+Tab also reveals that it is able to pick up the new value when asked. Actual: NVDA doesn't speak the new value automatically.
we fire value change event on spinbutton accessible, the control is focused so it appears NVDA is guilty. Jamie, can you look at the problem?
