launch mozilla
go to http://www.avault.com or http://www.3dfiles.com
dont click anywhere yet.
click and drag the scrollbar up and down 
try to hit CTRL+L to open the open url dialog.

Expected results - dialog opens
Actual results - no dialog until focus goes to some other chrome element or the
page.


Seems like focus is getting taken by something on these pages and it keeps
CTRL+L from working

I can reproduce 100%

Can't reproduce on a windows build with the classic or modern skins.  

(Did you hit just Ctrl-L or Ctrl-Shift-L?  It's easy to miss the Shift which is 
needed since this key sequence is Ctrl-uppercase "L".  Or maybe this was 
automagically fixed since originally reported.)

If I had to test stuff, it was on Win2K, build id 2001052404.
