Currently the logout button under Settings should (a) not be enabled/visible when I have not signed in, and (b) has no action assigned to it when pressed; in both the launcher and store activities.

Not sure what the purpose of this button is, nor if it does anything. There needs to be an indication of when it should be used; and greyed out when it's not.

Removed Logout button until log in/out flow is clear.
