Note: I tried to clone this Bug from Bug 698317 but the cloning did not copy the Fields. I would have set them to "Product:" "Plugins" and "Component:" "Flash (Adobe)" but those choices are not shown to me (and they ought to be).
When I use Aurora 10.0a2 (and far more rarely when using Nightly 11.0a1) with low memory (many Tabs open) the Flash Player will crash (often on YouTube).
Problems:
1. The old Flash Player (versions prior to 11.0) allowed one to click on a Link to submit the crash Report from within the Flash Player itself whereas the NEW Flash Player (11.1.102.55) has a checkbox and IF the submission of the Report fails it takes a quick eye to notice the problem.
2. When the Flash Player crashes and I click on the "Reload the Page" Link (to reload AND submit the Report) the Report ALWAYS fails to be submitted (for the past few weeks); thus we have quite a few crashes and probably very few Reports.
I am enclosing two Screenshots that show what this problem looks like.
Component: General → Flash (Adobe)
Product: Firefox → Plugins
Version: 10 Branch → 11.x

Note that this is not the Flash Player crash reporter, this is Firefox's plugin crash reporter.

OK, I though it was Flash's Reporter as it was within the 'diagonal grey/black' Field.
Another message is also occurring as of yesterday (in Firefox's
Plugin Crash Reporter), it says "No report available." .
I also have had the "Windows Error Reporter" popup and say that "plugin-container.exe" has crashed and offering to send a Report to Microsoft (which they would no doubt appreciate :) ).
Window's Task Manager reports that I have TWO instances of "plugin-container.exe" yet only one of them is using CPU cycles and I have 4 YouTube Videos in different Tabs, I don't know what the second copy is doing.
I do have the newest version of Flash.

Finally (after many dozens of times) I finally got a "Flash Player crash" that caused "Firefox's plugin crash reporter" to say "Crash Report Sent." . :) !
I hope that the Report was helpful and shows something to fix this issue.

Correct operation only lasted a couple of days, it is not working again.
We are back to the original problem described in Comment 0 (Flash Player crashes and submission of the Report fails).

I note that the "Severity:" was lowered.
The problem is still present; getting the Reports might help resolve this and other Bugs.

My pc is Win7x64, up-to-date Firefox & Flash. My flash player plugin has crashed more than 10 times only today. Every time i leave "send report" as it is (enabled) but the report is never actually sent. "Submission failed" every time.
The reports are created, but just stay there in my "crash reports" directory. Any ideas on how can I send these by hand and to whom should i send them? Maybe they can help, cos I can't see any pattern in plugin crashes. It crashes everywhere, and after some random time, even without any UI actions.

Mateusz, you can load the about:crashes page, which will show you both submitted and unsubmitted reports. You can click on the unsubmitted reports to submit them from there.

Felix, this is I believe the underlying cause of bug 716945.

@bsmedberg:
So, is this happening even after the backout?

I doubt it, but I don't know how I'd know exactly.

I am going through my Bug Reports and trying to close what can be closed.
The last Comments here were a year ago and this remains an important issue IF it still occurs.
I have not had ANY crashes in Flash (using a Mozilla Browser) in the past several months that would cause this popup to occur; and thus my ability to determine if this is still an issue is inhibited.
Can anyone determine if this still occurs (or if the Wrapper and/or other Code has been changed). I would close this if I could determine that it is fixed or (now) impossible to reproduce.
Thanks.

This Bug seems to no longer occur and the current Issue seems to be Bug 843671.
Closing, WFM.
