Steps to reproduce:
The See Also field is limited to another BZ installation, launchpad.net, code.google.com, bugs.debian.org
Ideally, (in this case) I want to add bugs.php.net to this list, though, it'd be nicer if it was possible to somehow customise the field to accept anything else based on a regex
I'm likely to hack in support (for use on bugzilla.wikimedia.org) support for bugs.php.net, so if I do, I will stash a patch here at least
