I just got an email from Matthew Inman at The Oatmeal - he has officially added the Creative Commons CC-BY language to the Tumblr Beasts on his website: http://theoatmeal.com/comics/state_web_summer#tumblr So all we need to do is add the attribution wherever we use them :-) I know that's on the 404 page; it may be in other places too.
