Attachment: unzip, move to mail folder, launch Mozilla, open the message, choose "Reply"

Overview Description:
 Precondition: "Automatically quote the original massage when replying" is set.
When replying to a received HTML mail, the original message is copied in new
window. The message, however, is copied in every other line. One blank line is
inserted before each line. This symtom occurs only when received message is an
HTML mail and replying in text/plain mail. In case that received message is
text/plain, this bug was fiex on January 23rd ( 63081, 67545 ) by Momoi.
Steps to Reproduce: 
  1) Unzip the attachmment id=26383
  2) move unziped "check1" to mail folder
  3) Launch mozilla
  4) Open the message, you will see only one message in "check1" folder.
  5) Choose "Reply" and you will see quoted message is copied in every other line.
Actual Results:
 > The first line.

Expected Results:
 > The first Line.
 > The second line.
 > The third line.

I saw this problem when replying in plain text mode, but not in HTML mode though.
