70466 - Go Mail Start Page not useful when Message Pane is collaped

When the message pane is collapsed the Mail Start Page menuitem in the Go menu
should be disabled, or it should uncollapse the message pane.

I believe showing the message pane would be a better solution.

A complete solution would have to disable the menuitem in the case of either the
message pane being collapsed or account central being open.

Also most View and Message options would have to be disabled if the message pane
was collapsed or account central was open.

Further to my previous comment I assume that any disabling of the go start page
menuitem would be best acheived by making it a command.

I was just about to file this bug, and noticed, low and behold, there are a
couple (probably bit-rotten) patches.

Neil, any chance you could resurrect these at some point?  Obviously, it's not a
big issue...

This also disables the menuitem when you disable the start page, as otherwise
the menuitem does nothing; forcing the start page would be a separate bug.
