Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:8.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/8.0
Build ID: 20111104165243
Steps to reproduce:
The problem was introduced with Firefox 8.
OS: Windows XP SP3 French
Firefox 8 FR
Reproducible on several machines.
Firefox opens a tab for each installed extension and asks to enable them.
Actual results:
When I launch Firefox again it remembers my choice and doesn't bother me again (I can watch the changes in the extensions.ini and extensions.sqlite files).
But when I close my Windows session, reopen it and launch Firefox again, it has forgotten everything and asks again for activation/desactivation of every single add-on, regardless if I enabled them before or if I left them disabled. I can also see that the files extensions.sqlite and extensions.ini were reset to their initial state.
Expected results:
Firefox should remember my choice and should not bother me again, even when I closed my Windows session.
