70524 - Classic - Buttons missing text in different places

Description

Saw this on Linux only:
2001-02-28-09Mtrunk

Steps to repro:
1)Launch the browser and switch to the Classic theme (View-->Apply 
Theme-->Classic)
2)Invoke Mail vai Tasks-->Mail
3)Go to Edit-->Mail News Account Settings. 
4) Click the "New Account" button

Actual Results: Notice the "Set as Defualt" and "New Account" buttons are blank  
under the "New Account" button.

When you get the Account Wizard dialog, the "Back" and Finish" buyttons are also 
blank.

This affects AIM wizards in Commercial release for Classic skins as well.

 This seems to be the case for all buttons that should be inactive in classic 
skins though I didn't look everywhere exhaustively for this in classic skins.

This isn't a themes problem, things randomly not rendering is a frequent symptom
on Linux, and I have to attribute it to Layout.
