The about:support page lists the version of my version of Fennec Native, which is 11.0a1, but not the build date. Often, this will be in the user agent string on the same page, but since I'm using Phony to change the UA string, this doesn't have the information. Instead, about:support for nightly should have the build date to make bug reporting easier.
OS: Linux → Android

Use about:buildconfig as it is more precise. Not a Fennec specific issue.

about:buildconfig has the hg revision SHA, but not the build date.
Build date is in about: page and also Help->About Nightly. Do you need any more exact identifier?
aceman, which about: page are you referring to? Also, this bug was originally reported on Fennec, which does not have the "About Nightly" dialog.
Ah, I have never seen Fennec. Ok, if it does not have that dialog. I mean 'about:' URL which you write in the same way as 'about:buildconfig'.

The 'about:' and 'about:firefox' pages for Nightly Fennec now show the build date, so this was fixed at some point.
