We had a similar problem yesterday after pushing a new release, thought it was fixed though. I'll let rhelmer have a look when he can.

Bug 706058 - Reverting changes in Bug 680013 that resulted in unexpected bad behavior for crashes reported today.
We have a fix for this live on stage, and ready to go (bug 706156). There is an unrelated network outage going on, we are going to push as soon as that is resolved.
