Specifically the final copying of logs to the upload_dir and rmtree: tmpfile_{stdout,stderr} from get_output_from_command().

I've already fixed this on the talosrunner branch, but that may take a while to land, and logs are so much nicer without that constant noise.
I have this fixed for in the android-signing branch, so this should be fixed when bug 608432 lands.
