Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the link above on my HTC shift last night or today after updating
2. Can't scroll down page to see entire article
3. also can't read text because it is too small and when I pinch to zoom it requires panning side to side

What you expected: to be able to scroll to the bottom of the page, instead it just bounces and shows only the content that is the size of the screen. And then scrolling dies altogether, where you can't scroll or pan any pages.
