Details

The planet team is working to separate projects from individual contributors.  As part of that we'd like to setup a new planet at planet.mozilla.org/projects.

My part done in r99036.

Over to IT for the following steps:
* Create /data/static/www/planet.mozilla.org/projects/ (just mkdir)
* Create symlink under planet/trunk/themes/ for "moz_projects" that points to planet/branches/projects/theme (see existing symlinks and follow same pattern)
* Add "projects" to planet.sh script (there's a list of planets in the script)
