I'm using a bulletinboard to display a group of objects. The group is also
defined a bullentinboard so the objects can be moved as a single group.
In the attached test file the blue right hand margin is initially displayed
correctly but if the width of the window is reduced the blue margin will
disappear at the left hand edge of item3 (the red box)
I think this is a similar to the problem of reducing the window width past a
certain minimum
