This is a bug to design a landing page for the lite-weight 3.6 upgrade campaign.

Objective: Add a small graphic polish to staged template (new images for the coded interactions/concepts)

If the animation doesn't work with the new graphic, I can probably whip something else together with a tweak to the js. LMK.
