Steps to Reproduce
1. Login to Apps page https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/
2. Install a free app.
3. In the Developer Preview Apps Dashboard, click on "sync" to see details.
4. Re-size the window.

Expected Results:
There are no design issues in the Developer Preview Apps Dashboard window after re-sizing.

Actual Results:
Sync details go under the box in which apps are listed. Question mark is moving with the window when re-sizing.
