Evidently the Amazon Market won't take multiple localized apks like the Android Market, so we need the multilocale apk again. Axel says multilocale should be fixed; I need to verify in staging and then turn on. I bet Rail wants to rename maemo-locales, but that's not a blocker.

Very simple patch. Running an m-c android multilocale nightly in staging to make sure it won't burn the tree.
This works! I'm able to turn on multilocale and get a multilocale apk. However, when I install it on my tablet and switch to German and reboot, when I launch fennec I get en-US strings only.
