ideally, we'd like this *before* the native ui fennec is out of the aurora/beta channels.

* J-PAKE setup master
* Handle 401s for credential errors by prompting for new credentials needed.
* Logging for error reporting
* Better reporting of errors
* Bookmark snapshot notification
* WBO test server
* Jenkins setup for automated builds and tests (including Maven repo)
* Repository layers for Fennec local DB:
  * Favicons
  * Form history
  * Tabs
* Profile selection/lookup (content provider)
  * Storage of profile in credentials, accepting in intent
* Code cleanup: remove SyncCryptographer etc.
