the on screen keyboard takes too long to dismiss.
steps:
1. visit http://msn.com
2. wait for page to load and on screen keyboard to pop up
3. scroll the page
results: the page scrolls and it's only after the scroll has stopped and even then a short pause, before the on screen keyboard rolls up.
tested with latest nightly of native fennec on a Galaxy Nexus

also, and possibly a different bug, the on scren keyboard doesn't dismiss at all if you try to scroll the page while the page is still loading.

Priority: -- → P4
Can't scroll page in tinderbox build due to viewport issues. Cannot verify one way or the other with this bug.
