The first page after starting Fennec shows the old black scrollbars, without rounded endcaps, and they don't fade out until you overscroll.
1. Quit Fennec using the menu command, and restart it.
2. From about:home, load any page which causes scrollbars to appear, e.g. about:buildconfig.
Actual result: Black scrollbar(s) appear, without rounded endcaps. They don't fade out until you overscroll. Once you overscrolled, this is fixed until you restart Fennec.
Expected result: Nice looking grey scrollbars, with rounded endcaps and fade-out when not in use, as introduced by bug 704784.

They're actually not the old scrollbars, they're the new ones -- but blending is not enabled for some reason. The FPS meter is affected too, if you've preffed it on.

I'm not seeing this. What device/build are you running? I've tried on both Droid Pro and Galaxy Tab. It starts up with about:home and then I load a page - I've tried about:buildconfig as well as a normal webpage (hacker news) and I always get the scrollbars blending fine.

Just saw it on my Galaxy Tab. Doesn't happen every time though, so possibly some sort of race condition.

Samsung Galaxy S running CyanogenMod 7.1 (Android 2.3.7).
Happens every time. But nothing suspicious in logcat.
