BuildID: 2001030505
The test page features two paragraphs. They're identical, except that the second
is set to "display: inline" (while the first is "display: block", the default).
The second paragraph ignores its assigned width.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the page
2. View the two paragraphs.
3. Notice that the two paragraphs' CSS rules are identical, except that the
second one is assigned "display: inline". And, this seems to cause the second
paragraph to ignore its assigned width.
Actual Results: The second paragraph is given width of 100%.
Expected Results: The second paragraph should have width of 50%, as assigned.

All the above is true but it is *required* CSS behaviour.
" 'width' This property does not apply to non-replaced inline-level elements. "

resolving INVALID -- the width property does not apply to non-replaced inline
elements per the CSS2 spec.
