71031 - Temp files left behind during SaveAsDraft

I have lots of temp files in my /tmp. I know we had such a bug before (can't
find it anymore), IIRC, related to NNTP posting. The files I have now seem to be
caused by Drafting, because most contain HTML, and I almost always send as
plaintext (but using the HTML editor). I use Mozilla 0.8 Linux.

this is a bug I logged a while back, on rhp.

I'm not sure if he (or someone else) owns it.

Yes, that's the bug I mentioned above, but that is fixed for me.
- No tmp files are left behing for news posts.
- The permissions are correct for me (they were the bad thing about that bug)
