As per https://wiki.mozilla.org/Releases/Merge_Checklist#mozilla-beta_.E2.86.92_mozilla-release, do not create release builds for csb, mn, sw for firefox 9.

Note:
We *do* want to take an update to l10n-changesets for Polish for both Desktop and Mobile, too, as per today's sign-off meeting.

Changesets for Polish:
a859645529df is for desktop, a4991c81f614 is for fennec
Signoffs are also on the dashboard.
