Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Pop up a new window by fx middle-clicking a link. Actual Results: I count 3 seconds from I click to the window appear. Expected Results: 3 seconds is 1.200.000.000 cycles, it must be possible to do it faster! This is what "bugs" me most about mozilla! (This seems like a basic bug, but it doesn't seem to have been reported before...)
