IIUC, IPC and OOPP don't rely on XPCOM at all.
It will also make fixing bug 595053 easier. Plugin-container uses only tiny part of libxul.

It seems plugin-container only use XUL two functions:

XRE_InitChildProcess
XRE_StringToChildProcessType


Is there some thoughts make the two functions and the related codes to a separate module?

We reuse a fair bit of the IPC code which would be quite difficult to split out.
