Currently there is no way to attribute amount of cpu resources are spent on particular tab. I would like a top-like tool for tabs. It seems like as a start we could measure how much time is spent in dom event handlers, setTimeout handlers and js-triggered reflows. All of these "events" have sufficient information to assign blame and list offenders.

I wonder how to measure the time Flash takes.
This sounds like a dup of bug 400120.
BTW, bug 687724 aims to convert about:memory to be broken up by tabs.
