we need to add flags for release 12, and disable release 8.
i have created the custom fields, milestones and versions in preparation for the switch.

here's what will need to happen just after the version switch:

- hide old custom field flags for previous versions
  - cf_tracking_firefox8
  - cf_status_firefox8
  - cf_tracking_thunderbird8
  - cf_status_thunderbird8
  - cf_tracking_seamonkey25
  - cf_status_seamonkey25
- move the --- milestone markers
- update cf_blocking_fennec
  - disable 8+
