Recent changes in releng changed graphs.mozilla.org to
graphs-old.mozilla.org. 

Need to change the buildconfs to reflect this change.

"almost" correct :-)

Recent changes in releng started them using a slightly different API which was brought up at graphs-new.mozilla.org. Today graphs.mozilla.org started pointing there (CNAME was updated).

graphs-old.mozilla.org points at the old setup which we should and can happily continue to use (at least for now).

New (future) bugs will be used to transition us to the new API

Not positive this is everything that needs doing for this bug, but I have vague memory it is, I'll look into if it is enough tomorrow, but land away.
