71236 - Switching themes rendering blank iframes in messenger

Steps to reproduce :

case 1:
1. Open the messenger.
2. Select Account Name, you will see AccountCentral on the right.
3. Go switch to a diffrent skin now (Edit->Preferences->Appearance->Themes).
4. You will notice the blank AccountCentral page

case 2:
1. Open the messenger.
2. Select Inbox of one of the accounts and click on the one of the messages in
the threadpane displayed on the righthand side. Notice the message getting
loaded in the messagepane below (please select a message that has body also, not
just headers)
3. Go switch to a diffrent skin now (Edit->Preferences->Appearance->Themes).
4. You will notice that the messagepane that displays messagebody is blank.

I am passing this onto layout. If any of you think it should be owne by some
other component, feel free to add your commnents and change the component.

A general issue that mailnews and composer do not retain/restore state when 
switching themes. There is already a tangle of bugs about this with bug 43350
in the middle of it. marking duplicate.
