Details

Given a disabled editfield (html:input type="text"), the user can click on it to activate it.  The user should not be able to activate an editfield by clicking on it.
password also has this bug as does clicking the label of either the text or
password field

Wow, an old bug.

Alright, time to dup one old bug on another - what's up with them not being dups 
before?  I'll annotate to also check readonly.
