The Event Page (pre-event) is a page that describes an upcoming Mozilla Event. It contains date, time, location, topic, and participant information, and links to where the live stream will be found.

Hey guys, quick question:
* Pre event page is the information for an upcoming event
* Post event is when the event is past (so, archived information)
* and we seem to be missing the "in-event" "active" event state, right?
I'm attaching a rough mock for the video page (not pre-)
Details and discussions will help massage the content into place, this is just an initial pass.

Looks great! You're right. There's an "Live Now" event state. It should probably be triggered about 5 minutes before the scheduled start time, and switch to the archive page at the scheduled end time. That's going to cause a couple of windows during which users clicking on the links won't get quite what they expect (i.e. when an event runs long or short), but those are quite narrow windows and I doubt we need worry about them.
My original (much less exciting) wireframe had a QR code in it. The intent there was to provide a one-click way for people to put a calendar entry for the event into their mobile devices (and maybe clicking on it puts it into the desktop calendar?).
I'm not hard over on the QR code, but they do say "Mobile!!" and I know that's a prime focus these days. Is it worth the screen real estate?
I really, really like the way this is shaping up!

Placing these bugs on hold for now until we figure out the next steps and deadlines for the second wave of updates to these pages.
