Hey, I noticed in bug#713102 it has been decided to skip UX for this. I'm a little hesitant that we're doing this. Use cases and IA info are in the meeting notes from 12/21. It's not much but hopefully enough to move forward. https://etherpad.mozilla.org/air-mozilla-mtg-12-21

Tara, let us know how we can be helpful.
Thanks Chrissie, and Mike. To reiterate, I did not ask for the ux/wireframe phase to be dropped. Chrissie that was your recommendation given that you did not have bandwidth and felt that ux was not needed. So your comment here contradicts that. If you have changed your mind, then we can start with ux/wireframes as planned and proceed. I simply needed to know when we can expect wireframes since we had missed our initial deadlines. That's all. The timing for this project is not my call, but I do appreciate updates on deliverable so I can plan design resources and make sure we can deliver designs on time. I caught up with you, Mike and the team immediately following that first kickoff and have reviewed the notes. Thanks. First action item there was the wireframe/ux phase. So, once we figure out how we're approaching that, I'll reach out as needed.

UX is a part of the process to help the design team, if the design team doesn't want/need or can wait a few extra days for the ux phase, I recommend that you move forward without it. > If you have changed your mind, then we can start with ux/wireframes as > planned and proceed. OK, we're moving forward with UX. The timeline is not tied to a hard date but this is a Q1 goal. Chrissie will work on wireframes this week and post for review in the UX bugs.
Disregard comment#6. We'll forgo UX and Tara will work with Lee based on the use cases and requirements.
