Description:
As the mouse passes NEAR the chatzilla main textbox (Where the user writes his
chat-lines), Let's say a little above it, the cursor will become a 'text
cursor'. in this situation, a mouse click should focus the text box, but it
doesn't, unless the cursor is almost covering the text box, something like 75%
over the text box or more.
What should happen:
Two possibilities:
1. Just like the mozilla browser's location text box- Don't make the cursor look
like a text cursor until it covers the text box, or in other words - until the
user can click to focus the text box.
2. Focus the text box as the mouse cursor becomes a 'text cursor', i.e. when it
doesn't totally cover the textbox.
Happens on windows and linux, so I chose all platforms.

Works for me too (I was the reporter...).
It seems to be silently fixed :)
