Details

When we answer or terminate a call locally, we should first get the "connecting" and "disconnecting" events, respectively. Then, once we've gone to the RIL and back for answering or terminating the call, we should notify "connect" and "disconnect".
I'm pretty sure this got fixed by bug 674726.
