Just spoke with Tara and she'd like to proceed with design without a ux phase (ux is taking too long for her timeline).

Hey Chrissie, just to clarify to make sure there are no misunderstandings, and as noted on the tracking bug: per your email this morning, you said that you don't have bandwidth to do the ux for this project and that ux is likely not necessary.  The timeline was not set by me, I was simply following up per deadlines set with you and the team in past meetings and per your comments on when wireframes would be delivered.  So if you're not able to do the wireframes as planned, I'll work with Mike, Lee and others to figure out the best way forward.  Thanks.

The first phase of this project (redesign) is live. The second phase of this project (Django + new features) will be kicked off in Q3 by Laura's webtools group.
