Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox with clean profile
2. Open Youtube HTML5 video (Ex. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BRG5VNNUq_E&hd=1&html5=1 )
3. Open Bookmarks menu and right click on the bookmark item
4. Mouse hover the Places menu item.

Actual Results:
  Menuitem highlight flickers

Expected Results:
  Should not.
