We should restore the session after our window is restored by Lion's Resume feature.

Josh, there's already a widget bug filed for this, which this bug depends on: bug 639707. This is for the Session Restore part – actually restoring the session after we get the resume event from widget.

I was thinking that would happen by default but I guess it depends on what the user's "home page" setting is. This bug will need to do the work to restore the session even if the user normally says to show their home page instead of restoring the tabs from their last session.
