I've seen this at least twice in today's build (tip home built). I've brought up a bugzilla page, and noticed that even with the Stop button going grey to indicate the page has successfully completed loading, the 'busy/timer' mouse pointer icon has not changed back to 'normal' pointer icon. This proves rather annoying. Starting off in Networking as my best-guess. This problem did not occur in builds prior to today. And it is not the same as the bug concerning the timer not disappearing no page load until you move the mouse - this one stays with you even after wiggling the mouse.

Have seen it occur on a number of bugzilla pages, apparently randomly. One page was "Today's bug list". This is a hard one to track down.
I am having a tough time trying to reproduce this. Neeti

Reopening, and re-summarising. Neeti: I have in the past two days or so been able to reproduce this problem, and it is seperate from the dozens of page not stopped loading issues. Basically, it seems that if the sidebar is loaded with a web resource which refreshes every few mins (such as the Tinderbox one that I am using myself), and the sidebar for an as yet undetermined reason is unable to load it's data from the network, then sometimes the mouse cursor freezes in a busy state. On the day I posted this bug the busy cursor was present hovering over the webpage's content area as well as the product UI (toolbar, etc.), on following occassions since then I have found it occur not on the webpage content area but on the UI. I'm therefore resummarsing to be specific to sidebar loading issues. If this problem has already been filed then dup this to that one, but I am 90% certain that this bug is not a dup of bug 53956. I have seen on several occassions that I start up the browser, and Tinderbox seems to refuse to load, and the cursor _may_ get stuck in busy state. I will have to monitor this more closely to get precise details, however until someone can either say this is a dup, or can provide more data, we should leave this bug open.
