In addition to a new X icon, I ended up tweaking the "New Tab" icon to match the one we use in the URL bar, and included it in this zip file.

All the graphics are still the same dimension so we should just be able to swap out our existing ones.

Verified fixed on Nightly 12.0a1 (2012-01-18) and on Aurora 11.0a2 (2012-01-18).
